Erin is our Owner and Founder. She is originally from Connecticut and has a deep background in high end hospitality, concierge, craft beverage, tourism, and customer service. She has a highly analytical mind that lends itself well to strategic marketing, sales, and growth. Her formal education in Psychology allows her to create influential campaigns from the consumer perspective. Outside of work, she can be found with her family, on her farm, or out enjoying the outdoors. She loves all things food, wine, coaching cheerleading, adventuring, traveling, music, and hiking.

Born and raised in Loudoun County, Rachel is a proud Liberty University alumna with a degree in Business Administration: Marketing Analytics. She excels as our Senior Marketing Associate at E.L. Strategic, where she creates client content, crafts email campaigns, and helps to promote client events. On weekends, Rachel embraces adventure as a Zipline Adventure Guide in Middleburg, Virginia. Outside of work, she is passionate about exploring the outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and enjoying live music and sporting events. Her diverse interests and energetic spirit make her a dynamic and dedicated professional both at E.L. Strategic and beyond.

Megan Navin
Megan is our Event Organizer and Marketing Assistant from Northern Virginia. She is completing her studies in Communication at James Madison University. Megan is passionate about supporting and building relationships within her community. She thoroughly enjoys her role managing Loudoun County's 1 Million Cups chapter on behalf of ELS because it combines her love for events, public speaking, people, and strategy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, and values her solitary moments by the water, where she loves to read.

Ally Blizzard
Originally from New York, Ally now lives in the charming town of Purcellville, Virginia. She graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing and Advertising—finishing in just two years!
Ally has a sharp eye for what looks good and a natural talent for all things creative. She’s passionate about fashion, branding, and telling stories that connect with people. In 2023, she was awarded Miss Congeniality, which perfectly fits her warm, upbeat personality.
When she's not working on marketing magic, you can probably find her on a latte run or at a Pilates class. She brings energy, creativity, and style to everything she does—and we’re so lucky to have her on the team!
